【華人健康網資料來源／39健康網】【核心提示】：很多人都覺得自己的肚臍眼外露一定要很乾淨才養眼，因此洗澡的時候，不時會將裡面的髒東西摳出來，甚至一些人會摳出血。究竟，肚臍眼該如何清洗，才是最健康的呢？
1.臍屎為何物？
肚臍是人體中唯一可以用手觸摸，用眼睛可以看到的穴位，名為神闕。神闕穴是胎兒生前從母體獲取營養的通道，在胚胎發育過程中為腹壁直接相連，藥物易於通過臍部，進入細胞間質迅速佈於血液中，而且它內聯十二經脈、五臟六腑、四肢百骸、五宮、皮肉筋，因而歷來被醫家視為治病要穴。
人在出生的時候，肚臍的任務就已經完成了。胎兒用肚臍的前端和抬盤相連，從中吸收營養，人一出生這些東西就不再需要了。也就是說，「肚臍」（除向外凸出的）不過是「褶皺的小凹坑」。
但在這個皮膚褶皺的小凹坑裏，卻容易積存膚垢。一些代謝物積存在這一小塊區域，含有污垢的黑色東西就形成「臍屎」。
2.女人能掏臍屎嗎？
有部分愛美的MM，覺得臍屎很礙眼，經常會想著辦法去掏和挖，但是臍屎完全不需要刻意去掏，掏多了，或者清洗不當，反而容易掏壞了。
因為摳肚臍會容易弄傷皮膚，有可能引起炎症。一旦惡化還可能化膿，細菌又可能侵入腹腔內重要的血管。至於用指甲去刮它，就更要絕對避免了。即使不去特地清除臍屎，也沒有什麼壞處。
3.如何安全清除臍屎？
肚臍本來就是藏汙納垢的地方，裡邊有點污垢，可以保持正常肚臍溫度。否則，太乾淨，熱量散發快，腸胃功能都要受損。可以說臍屎是「清潔類排放物」的代表。
但真的太多又很想把它清除的話，要輕柔。如果肚臍比較淺，直接用水清洗就可以了；如果比較深，容易在裡面褶皺的地方存污垢，那就用棉簽塗點沐浴液或者香皂洗，洗完後要將香皂沖洗乾淨，然後用細軟吸水的毛巾擦乾，使其乾燥清潔。也可以用花生油擦洗，洗完澡拿棉花點一點油，放到肚臍裡輕輕擦拭，有防病的功效。
4.肚臍該怎麼清洗比較恰當？
需要提醒的是，清潔肚臍時不宜用力，不宜用手摳，動作要輕柔。由於肚臍不宜受涼，建議洗肚臍時用溫水，並在洗完後及時擦拭，不宜長時間將肚臍和肚子暴露受涼。

The aim of this was to laugh at the absurdity of this situation and to draw our governmentâs attention to it so that they might take action and repair our roads. Two professional photographers, Arturas Artiusenka and Eurika Balciute, attended this fun photo shoot. Not only this was a great experience for us, many Lithuanian magazines became interested in the project and these pictures as well. None of the photos were made to offend our government; it was just a fun way to express Lithuanian citizensâ thoughts.
